A CLEARER START TO EVERY VISIT.

QR attendance

Less friction at reception. More focus on the floor.

Give your gym a consistent QR attendance workflow. Authorized users can record a member visit and review the daily attendance record without maintaining a separate reception register.

Daily check-in recorded

Authorized gym account required

One daily record per member in the current QR workflow.

Interface illustration with static demo data. Not a live customer account.

A QR page for the member

Linked member accounts have an attendance QR page. Use the correct profile and a permitted gym account to complete the check-in workflow.

An authorized check-in

The owner scanning interface supports the reception process. Trainer access is governed by the existing role and member-assignment rules.

Daily records with context

Review recorded attendance alongside your team's observations. Consistent check-ins provide a clearer foundation for attendance reports and staff handovers.

HOW THE WORK CONNECTS

A simple routine your team can practise.

Walk through the process with your own requirements and fictional test profiles before introducing it to the whole team.

  1. 01

    Prepare the profile and device

Open the correct member QR page. Confirm the scanning device, browser permissions and internet connection at reception before your first busy shift.

  2. 02

    Complete the permitted check-in

Use the authorized owner workflow to open the member check-in link. The application records attendance for the member on the current day.

  3. 03

    Review and hand over

Confirm the daily record and tell the next shift about any missing entries. Agree on a manual fallback for device or network problems.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A little more clarity.

Check the details that matter to your team before choosing a plan.

Discuss your requirements
Can anyone scan a code to mark attendance?

No. Completing the check-in requires a permitted gym account. It is not an anonymous public attendance endpoint.

What happens if a member is scanned twice?

The QR workflow updates the existing record for that member and day. The recorded check-in time can change; it does not create a separate entry-and-exit history.

What device setup should I test?

Test the actual phone or computer, internet connection, camera permission where required and the account that will perform the check-in. Use HTTPS on the live site for browser camera access.

Does attendance confirm that a membership is paid?

A recorded visit and a verified payment are separate facts. Review the membership and transaction records when handling payment or expiry questions.
